we chatted. we sipped. we toured.
it was a lovely little sunday in the neighborhood we're proud to call home.
side note: i picked up a box of Trader Joe's Cinnamon Crumb Coffee Cake and it was the hit of the morning! After 55 minutes of baking I was convinced I'd ruined it (forgot to mix the crumble topping with butter - just dumped it on), but Mr. Fix Anything saved the day. Yum.
