a week full of fun.

whew. it's been a busy week but all good stuff. wine with girlfriends, photography class, a full work schedule, lunch with girlfriends, dinner with the boys and so much fun on the agenda this weekend.

tonight ting and i are headed to downtown phoenix's brand new music venue, the crescent ballroom, to see the friendly fires. the venue is getting rave reviews and sounds right up our alley - plus, it's been a while since we've had a proper D&T date night, so i'm pretty excited. you can read about the venue here and listen to the friendly fires here.

tomorrow's the annual "tour de fat" festival in tempe - probably our favorite fest in arizona (remember last year?). we're meeting up with a big 'ole group at 10:30 a.m. to kick off a day of biking ride and beer. our group is going with a "hat" theme for the day and decorating our beach cruisers to create our own mini bike parade from a girlfriend's house in scottsdale to the festival in tempe.
