Over the past couple years there's been a big revitalization push in downtown Phoenix. Old neighborhoods are turning hip and cool, new restaurants are popping up everywhere, cultural attractions like First Friday are exploding in popularity. We have a hipster movement. We're on board with the gourmet food truck craze. We got a light rail. Nice work, downtown Phoenix. Danny and I love all the character.

Working downtown, I have the opportunity to explore all the little lunch places. Last week, me and two of my teammates had a celebratory lunch at America's Taco Shop. It was the perfect little restaurant to celebrate all the awesome work we did for our client in 2010 and toast to a great 2011. We work hard and deserved to relax, enjoy some sunshine and recognize a job well done.

Today our local NBC affiliate 12News, hosted an event to celebrate their new downtown studio. It's the first of its kind in Phoenix and adding to the revamp of downtown. Being in PR, of course we had to go check it out - and try a famed Short Leash hot dog. the moki dog was legit.
