danny always makes fun of me because i love checking the mail. rarely does a day go by that i don't check it, and i almost always beat d to the mailbox. it's typically just a stack of advertisements and magazines, but once in a while you find something in the stack with old familiar handwriting and it makes you smile.
that was the case a couple of weeks ago. the handwriting was unmistakable. in fact, i've always said it could be a font and the font would be called "lacey jaye." the envelope read: "urgent reply requested" and i knew it must be good. and it was. better than good.

...via a sweet 'lil ivory and pink note, lacey asked me to be her maid ting of honor.
i'm so incredibly honored and excited.
one of my oldest and dearest friends, i can't wait to be by her side as she says "i do" and becomes the chad's wife.
the dress is stunning, the invitations are minted (love) and the romantic, candelit holiday vision is perfection.
