couch-ella.

for the first time ever, coachella is happening again this weekend. it's pretty much torture knowing that i could hit replay and do it all over again. in fact, on thursday afternoon i seriously considered being uber spontaneous and just heading out west, but then i realized that it wouldn't be the same without the entire "coachella family" there and that last weekend was amazing enough to hold me over.

the fun part about there being a weekend #2 is we can have our own private "couch-ella" this weekend by streaming sets live into our living room via coachella's webcast (go here). you should, too. just to see what it's like. my dad did last weekend, and he spotted our bouncing yellow balloons at the florence + the machine show - how fun is that?! go dad!

here's a recap of the sets ting and i saw last weekend. i'm excited to see a few that we had to miss live (Breakbot, the entire set of the Black Keys, M83 (just want a re-do), Explosions in the SKy, Metronomy, Beruit, Miike Snow, Calvin Harris, The Weeknd, etc.).
